For sale is a huge set of Playskool Pipeworks. It is more than one set - it seems like it must be more than two sets because of how many of some pieces there are. You can build everything in the instruction book with this set, and then some.
Playskool Pipeworkswas first introduced in the 1980’s. Itis a construction toy consisting of white tubes and multi-colored connectors assembled and disassemble with a plastic wrench.Playskooldubbed it as 'a kid-sized construction system that's a new toy every day!'. The instruction manual makes it easy for kids to build many fun projects, including a wheelbarrow, chairs, an easel, a jalopy, a wagon, a go-cart, a lemonade stand (popular with my kids), monkey bars, and much much more. Plus your kids can design their own projects. They make a great project during the winter for inside play, and are also weatherproof and can be used outdoors when the summer comes. My kids absolutely loved this toy.
This is a huge set – with 202 pieces (more than a Deluxe Set 3000 and a Basic Set combined). The set has more than enough pieces to build every project in the instruction manual.
Thesets arein good used condition. They were played with a lot, but taken care of. They have been stored for quite a few years, but I wiped them down and they are fairly clean.The manuals have pages that are stained, and a few torn pages, but each of the two manuals is completely usable.

The same manual was shipped with 1000, 2000 & 3000 sets, but the manual indicates that the only way to build everything in it was to purchase the Deluxe Set 3000 as it had all the necessary parts.That is not accurate. You can build everything in the manual with these two sets.
You may notice that the only thing the Deluxe Set 3000 set had which is not in these sets is four long tubes. Those tubes can be duplicated by attaching 2 medium (13”) tubes to each other with a straight connecting tube or a tee (2”). The resulting tube is exactly the length of the Deluxe Set’s long tubes (28”), and has more strength. As this set has more medium tubes than the Deluxe Set would have, this can be easily done. The large Deluxe Set 3000 projects were the ones our kids used most, and they had no problems building all of them, and in fact adding features to them with their extra pieces.
Ages 3 and up to play/ Ages 5 and up to build.
The shipping is difficult to calculate for this large item, so I have charged a flat fee. I will probably have to pay more than what I am charging you.

Another Note: I want to be sure I was clear. The manuals are each complete now, but they were missing pages. Where I could, I color copied the missing pages from the other manual. But there are two pages in one manual, and one page in the other, that are black and white because I took them off the internet. Also, there is one page in one of the manuals that has tears in it and some holes, but it is still legible. Both manuals have lots of wear and dirt, but both the manuals are still usable. I can send photos if you like.
Because I miscounted the number of panels (see above), the total number of pieces is not 202, but 201.
Finally, I want to be sure I was clear that the set was played with a lot. This is not shiny or new. The pieces will have scratches and marks on them. But they are not broken or in any way less usable.
